At Good Girl and Co., we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
